The Ahoy Centre commissioned CAN Invest to develop a Theory of Change for the organisation:
(i) to effectively articulate and present their social impact to their funders, partners, delivery team and beneficiaries; and
(ii) to help them to refine their impact measurement framework based on the key outcomes that they deliver.
The Ahoy Centre is a watersports based charity changing lives and building live skills through sailing and rowing.
