CAN used the Theory of Change process to present their social impact to their customers and the general public and to inform strategic decision-making.
Our ToC starts by outlining our vision, values and unique approach. Then, we outline what we offer organisations that we support, how we deliver, and the key six outcomes that we support them with. We then present the three long-term outcomes that we help organisations to achieve and how that links back to our ultimate vision. We also show the links between activities, outcomes, and other outcomes through the roots.
