Wheely Tots commissioned CAN Invest to develop a Theory of Change for their Family Buddy Up programme:
(i) for delivery partners to agree the change the programme will create, and the activities that will be delivered to do this;
(ii) to effectively articulate and present this to their funders, partners and beneficiaries, including the GLA; and
(iii) to form the basis of an impact measurement framework by agreeing the outcomes to be measured for the programme.
Family Buddy Up is a programme delivered by Wheely Tots, Harpa, and Home Start, and is funded by the GLA.
