I CAN used the Theory of Change process to demonstrate outcomes for their main beneficiary (students) and key stakeholders (tutors and schools). By linking activities to outcomes, they are able to show how their second tier intervention creates impact directly (tutors) and how it enables impact (on students and then schools). In addition to activities and outcomes, the ToC also shows their USPs, assumptions and negative outcomes.
