Duckie used the Theory of Change process to present the social impact of their project, The Posh Club, to funders, commissioners and the general public.
Their ToC starts by outlining their vision at the top of the document. They then outline who they work with and how they join the project. They present their activities and how they uniquely deliver them. Finally, the ToC presents their short, medium, and long-term outcomes.
